The MaxPageSize LDAP policy controls how many objects a single LDAP query can return. Default is 1000 — increase it when external applications need larger result sets. Be aware of what you're changing.
1. Open a shell as admin on a DC
2. Launch ntdsutil.exe
ntdsutil3. Enter LDAP policy context
ldap policies4. Open connections
connections5. Connect to the target DC
connect to server <servername>6. Go back one level
q7. View current values
show valuesDefault: MaxPageSize 1000
8. Set the new value
set maxpagesize to 50009. Commit
commit changes10. Exit
